The Heavy Heritage - Rome (La pesante eredità – Roma)
L’elaborato è riportato su un foglio di plastica, sistemato sulla tela su uno strato di gomma piuma, con una rete davanti che schiaccia il foglio di plastica creando un rigonfiamento del materiale sottostante.
La griglia è fissata alla tela con filo di ferro .
L’opera fa parte della serie dei “Prison Brain” (di cui spiegazioni dettagliate nelle opere antecedenti 2016) .
Nell’opera ci sono immagini di edifici e monumenti storici di Roma la cui storia racconta dell’antico prestigio e splendore della città difficili da eguagliare e da ciò il titolo “La pesante eredità”.

This work belongs to the series "Prison Brain" where the drawing is printed on a plastic sheet and put on a layer of foam rubber on the canvas with a net pressing the plastic sheet in front, thus creating a swelling of the underlying material. The grid is secured to the net with wire. The work is part of the series "Prison Brain" (detailed explanations in the works prior to 2016). In this work there are images of Rome historical buildings and monuments whose story tells of the ancient prestige and splendor of the city hard to match and hence the title "The heavy Heritage."
